Sexual Dysfunctions include disturbances in sexual desire, arousal and orgasm significant enough to lead to distress and/or impact relationships. Paraphilias are intense and recurrent sexual impulses, fantasies or behaviors which involve unusual activities, settings or objects and cause significant distress or impaired functioning. Gender Identity Disorders are characterized by significant opposite gender identification in the presence of psychological unease about ones own sex.
